This agreement is between ZylaCore Web Services, a Houston-based
web design company ("Provider"), and the client named above
("Client"). By signing below, both parties agree to the following
terms.
Services. Provider will
design, build, and maintain a professional website for Client's
business. The selected monthly plan determines the level of
ongoing maintenance and update frequency.
Setup Fee. A one-time
setup fee of $499 is due before work begins. Client may choose
to pay in full or split into payments as selected above. Work
begins upon receipt of the first payment.
Monthly Billing. All
payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly payments
are charged automatically on the same date each month to the
card on file. If a payment fails, Client will receive an
automatic email from Stripe with a link to update their payment
method. Services will be paused after 5 days if the failed
payment is not resolved. Stripe sends automatic email receipts
after every charge. Client can manage their billing information
at any time through the Stripe link provided in their receipt
emails.
Domain & Ownership.
Client owns their domain name. Provider will assist with setup
and configuration. If Provider purchases the domain on Client's
behalf, Client will be transferred full ownership upon request.
Website Ownership.
ZylaCore Web Services retains ownership of the website design,
structure, and build. Client owns their domain name and their
content (text, photos, logo, and branding materials). If Client
cancels, Provider will transfer the domain and content assets to
Client. The website design and build remain the property of
ZylaCore Web Services. Provider retains the right to display the
work in a portfolio.
Cancellation. Either
party may cancel with 30 days written notice via text or email.
Client is responsible for any outstanding balance at time of
cancellation. Provider will deliver all website files and assets
to Client upon cancellation.
Turnaround. Initial site
build is estimated at 7 business days from receipt of all
content and setup fee. Timeline may vary based on content
delivery from Client.
Revisions. Provider will
revise and adjust the website until Client is fully satisfied.
There is no limit on revisions — your happiness with the final
product is the standard.
